Ningyu Tang is  professor of Antai College of Economics and Management,   Shanghai Jiaotong University. Her research focuses on culture’s influence on HRM, virtual team learning, inclusion leadership and inclusion managment. She has published papers in both  organizational behavior and HRM areas and she is also the author of several books, including Human Resource Management and Personnel Evaluation (in Chinese). She has taught courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and research methods to both MBA. students and undergraduates. Tang has been awared "Shanghai Shuguang Scholarship" and won several awards for her research and teaching.
