The EMBA curriculums of Antai College of Economics and Management(ACEM) Shanghai Jiao Tong University(SJTU) are closely set up around three integrated program. The three integrated programs are aimed to enhance the strategic decision-making capacity of students by making students retrospect their own enterprise management practice, inspect current status, and ponder over future development program.

Integrated Program One
Corporation Profit Model, by means of contest, leads students to review corporate development, summarize lessons learned, conclude profit factor, and consequently promote business thinking. Students can think of market opportunities and potential laws based on previous business profit model.

Integrated Program Two
Performance Improvement of Strategy Oriented is designed to assist students to complete tasks such as scanning inner management of enterprises, figuring out the weakness existing in their performance, integrating their internal sources, inspecting the potential blind spot of present management and ultimately helping enhance the overall performance upon the use of case studies, group discussions, firm investigations and report writing. Having acquired adequate knowledge of relationship between the firm strategy and organization performance, students are encouraged to further complete the pattern of diagnosing firms’ management and thus improving their competitiveness in a most effective way.

Integrated Program Three
Corporate Strategic Planning is in the form of academic dissertation. Based on the insight into external market environment and integration of internal resources, students can orient enterprise positioning clearly, and design strategic planning. During the process, students are able to comprehensively use the knowledge learned to discover the law of industry development and its economic future development trend. The three integrated programs are designed about the past, today, and future of corporations, leading students to reflect on their own experience and practice. Besides, the three programs are developed around the combination of enterprise practice and management knowledge system which enhance the comprehensive application capability of students.
