On the morning of April 21, 2010, Dean Zhou held a meeting with staff from EMBA Program. At the beginning, Dr. Guo Jurong, Assistant to the Dean and Director of the EMBA Program, reported the progress of the program in detail. Dr. Guo introduced and analyzed the EMBA Program in history, characteristics, curriculum, admission, alumni, construction of office and development in the future.

Dean Zhou expressed that, the work of EMBA Program had a significant meaning to Antai College for the past, now and the future. He said, As the Dean of Antai newly appointed, I had discussed with Dr. Guo at the first time. From the pattern of development of top business school, the EMBA programs play a key rule to whole construction of business school. The development of EMBA has a great strategic meaning. Many famous global universities, including Harvard, Columbia, Duke University, were trying to develop in China especially EMBA education. In the future years, faced with pressure home and aboard, we should be prepared for danger in times of peace, find out the breakthrough point of the work and step into a higher level.

After that, a discussion was held on requirement in the operation of EMBA Program, e.g. the scale of classroom, administration and logistics and etc. In the discussion, everyone agreed that EMBA should make its whole advantage in market and recruitment by making full use of resources inside and outside. Dean Zhou exchanged with every working department and encouraged all the staff to give more advice in the development of Antai College and EMBA Program. Do the best to promote Antai to become the top one in the world.
