July 5, 2010, county magistrates of Taipei Mr Chou His-wei came to the Antai lecture hall of Shanghai Jiaotong University Fahua Campus. He participated in the no.76 EMBA "Expert Forum" and made a speech of “how to change the city”. During the one and a half fantastic report, the presented 300 guests benefited greatly from the vision of wisdom, thought-provoking ideas and witty language of Mr Chou. The hall is fully occupied by listeners so that many people even sat on the ground for listening. This high-end positive interaction and exchange makes more people feel the various challenges that we face together during the growth and development of the Chinese nation. The meaning has already gone beyond the speech itself. The idea of sustainability of urban development and a series of constructive measures refreshed us as well.

Chou His-wei now is the county magistrates of Taipei, bachelor of Mass Communication of Taiwan Fu Jen Catholic University and MPA & MBA of University of Southern California. He calls for the unification of two sides and the realization of "three links" of two sides as soon as possible.

EMBA Expert Forum is one of the important characteristics since the foundation of the EMBA project of Jiaotong University. The project has regularly invited a number of domestic and foreign famous experts, scholars, businessmen and government officials for lecture and formed two series of monographs of “Invisible figure” and “Great square has no corners”. The forum aims to help students broaden their horizon, increase knowledge, enlightened thinking and enhance the perception. It makes the students feel the swallowing uncritically and distinguished style of EMBA in the open-style class. At the same time, it opens the door of EMBA to the whole society so that more people can get into Jiaotong University and closely experience advanced academy and ideology. “Expert forum” has been a symbol of the Antai of Jiaotong University. On the occasion of the World Expo, Mr Chou’s speech, exchange and communication of city development of two sides has significant meaning. The chairman of this “expert forum” is dean of Economy Administration college, professor Chou Lin. Relevant department leaders of shanghai Jiaotong University and Taiwan EMBA Alumni Association also participated in the forum.
