With the joint efforts of generations of Antai people, Antai College of Economics and Management Shanghai Jiaotong University(SJTU) has achieved a significant development and now firmly rank among the very top Chinese business schools. As the core program of Antai,AntaiEMBA of SJTU has been striving to build an excellent team of professors, and continuously developing and training teachers who emphasize business practice and industry research since the program was established in 2002. Meanwhile, with "innovation +, finance +, Internet +" and" research of SJTU "as featured modules, the course system adapted to China's management practice is designed from a global perspective, supplemented by three-dimensional brand publicity and alumni network construction. A short step brings a thousand miles.In the 2018 FT ranking, the Antai EMBA of SJTU ranked 8th in the world, ranking in the top 10 for four consecutive years. In the results of the first national professional degree assessment published by the Ministry of Education’s Degree Center in 2018, the master of business administration of SJTU(EMBA and MBA) received the highest A+ rating.

Achievement is not the end, but the beginning. In the future, Antai will vigorously promote industry research, support and cultivate industry experts. And it will follow the guiding principle of “grounded in China’s management practice; promote social and economic development; advance the world’s management theory”, retrun to the origin of business school development, crisscross healthy development, balance between theory and pragmatism, explore and lead the new development model of business school in China and even the world.The Industry Research Institute of SJTU was officially established on December 8, in the future, it will pool resources,innovate institutional mechanisms, and set up research teams to conduct long-term and in-depth research on several industries that play an important role in social and economic development. In the future of Antai, we will see a new model that combines theory and practice perfectly.

The journey to the top won’t be easy. We hope that every ambitious SJTU/Antai person will join our reform effort. Together we will advance the enterprise of China’s management education and, in the process, shape a better future for Antai.
